TENNIS

The interprovincal. tennis match between Wellington and Canterbury will be played at the Thorndon Club's courts in Halswell Street to-day, commencing at 10 a.m. The following will represent V/eilington;—Messrs. Swaneton, Fishor, Peacock, Brown, Smythe, and Butcher, Misses Hughes, Trevors, Williams, and Stevens. Included in tho Canterbury team - are Messrs. Ollivier, Goss, Greenwood, Wilding, and Keay. A feature of the play, will be mixed doubles, in addition to the usual singles and double®. -
