.» SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are lor moderate to ttronge westerly to southerly winds, with changeable weather, unsettled at times, with ecattered showers. The barometer ie likely to fall temporarily for a disturbance developing on the front of an anti-cyclone now advancing from the westward. The barometer has been unsteady and tho winds have been variable, with moderate to strong westerlies predominating. Dull weather has been experienced, in most parts of .the country. , . . D. 0.
