AUSTRIA'S DISPOSITION
TOWARDS ITALY AND RUMANIA London, February 9. An Italian report states that the Austro-Hungarian Cabinet has found the results of Count Biirian de Rajeck's visit' to the Kaiser satisfactory, but Ministers aro not inclined to give certain territory concessions to Italy and Rumania as the price of their continued neutrality.
