DRUNKEN TROOPERS
NUISANCE IN MELBOURNE Melbourne, February 10. ■Strong military action is pending in connection with drunkenness in Melbourne by the troops. ■ Senator Pearce has stated that a number of men in uniform whose conduct is a nuisance to the public really havs no right wearing the uniform, having been from. the ranks. It ia the intention of the authorities that these men shall be cleared off. Men unlawfully wearing His Majesty's uniform will be arrested and prosecuted.
