GERMAN CAMPS AND AUSTRIAN CAPITAL STRICKEN Antwerp, Fpbrnary 7. Telegrams from the Belgian frontier report a severe epidemic of typhoid fever in the German corps. The sanitary conditions of South Belgium are very bad, the men drinking the water of rivers whore corpses hare remained for weeks. It is alleged there are 12,000 cases of typhoid fever at Antwerp. TERRIBLE OUTBREAK AT VIENNA. • London, February 7. Private letters describe a terrible outbreak of smallpox at Vienna. ■ Emperor' Francis Joseph has removed to Schoenbruck.—("Times" and Sydney "Sun" Services.) .
