BROUGHAM HILL CLUB. The Brougham Hill Lawn Teimiß Cluß's championships are progressing satisfactorily. Saturday's matches resulted as follow:— Men's Singles.—Butcher defeated G. Grace, 6 —4, 6 —2j J. A. B. Howe defeated Rout, 6—4, B—6; D. Grace defeated Schaab, 6-4, 4—6, 6—4; H. V. Howe defeated Goble, 6—1,. 6—o; Jieeves. defeated Warsaw, 4—6, 6—3, 6 —4; Butcher defeated D. Grace, 6 —2, 6-2. Ladies' Singles.—Miss Hunt defeated Miss Morgan, 6—3, 6—1." INTER-CLUB MATCHES. JUNIOR GRADE. In the junior grade match, Newtown v. Johnsonville, played at the Newtown Club's courts at Constable Street, Newtown won by six rubbers to nil. The scores were as follow, the names of the Newtown players being mentioned first in every instanceSingles—Allison defeated A. Moore, 6—3, 6—2; Pratt defeated J.
