'A very interesting and delightful concert was given by Mr._ Walter Wood and party at the society's institute on Friday evening before a very large audience. Musical, vocal, and elocutionary items were given by Misses Grace Billworthy, Elsie Meyers, A. Carter, A. West, Mrs. Cooze, Mr. Waltor Wood, and Mr. F. Ccoze. A very efficient pianist was found in Miss Q. Bellworthy. During the interval the goods left over from the salo of work oil Tuesday last were displayed for sale, when a very sharp and brisk business was done, which helped considerably to tlie funds to carry on the work. Tho name of Mr. Mason. wa.s inadvertently omitted from the list of stallholders on Tuesday.
