A SACRED DUTY TO THE FATHERLAND. Amsterdam, December 15. Tho Munstor correspondent of the "Telegraaf" states that the General Commanding at Munster, in Westphalia, has addressed the following summons to the burghers:— "Who will give to the Fatherland gold for silver and paper money ?
