CONFIDENCE IN THE ULTIMATE RESULT ■ London, February 5. It must' not be forgotten that Russia had to deal with practically all the forces of Austria and Turkey ; as well as the ever-increasing proportion of the forces from Germany; but she. is going steadily through with W work. . One' of the greatest things the war is doing is the revelation to Europe of the simple goodness of the Russian peasant and tie qualities of. the Russian people.
