Austria was , convinced that Russia was not. prepared, and that Germany, anyway, was strong , enough to defeat Russia. ■ "If other nations offer, to help us we ■will accept their aid gratefully, but we will not ask help of anyone. "If the Austro-Germans crush Servia :. 'they will not stop but will junction with tljo 'Turks and constrtuto a new menace.
