APPEAL TO CHILDREN AND PARENTS (Rec. February 5, 5.50 p.m.) London, February 4. The authorities in Germany are appealing to school children to assist in defeating England's wicked plans of starving Germany by not wasting food and not eating wheaten bread. The authorities are begging parents to buy only war bread. —"Times" and Sydney "Sun" services.
