Alexander Baden Powell Paterson, aged 15 .vears, died suddenly last evening as the result of an injury to liis head, received while playing with other boys. It is not known whether he fell or was struck on the head, buj; it is apparent he died from injury to the brain. BOV DROWNED. Wanganui, February 4. A nine-year-old boy named Sydney Jiann was -drowned in the river at Arnmoho this afternoon. The deceased and a sister were, bathing.
