SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are Tor southerly breezes, changing by west to north and then increasing everywhere lor westerly storm area, which is likely to develop in the next Jorty-eight hours. Gonditione changeable, with much dull and misty weather, foggy in parts, and rain following, especially southward of Kay,"hia and CaGtlopoint. Barometer probably falling everywhere shortly. , Cloudy and; changeable skies have been reported generally, with moderate to etrong southerly winds.
