BRITISH DYE-WORKS SCHEME
MODIFIED CAPITALISATION. (Rec. January 31, 3.15 p.m.)

The dye-makers have modified their aniline dye-works scheme to a capital of two millions. The Government will grant a loan _ corresponding to the amount of capital subscribed, up to a million, repayable in twenty-five years at four per cent., and also £100,000, to provide for a research laboratory. The company's dividend is limited to six per cent..
