Tho "Times," iu a leader on "Tho Dominions' • Partnership," points out that messages from Canada and Australia show how much the question of Imperial union is in the minds of the peoplo of those Dominions, and refers to Australia and Now Zealand's great service In the capture of tho German possessions in the Pacific. "What (it asks) is to become of theso prizes when {ho Sghting is over? Manifestly, the Dominions must be consulted on the terms of peaco. The essential point is that they should be our partners. In every necessity of war we should invito their co-operation in its diplomatic and international demands equally as in tho I provision of men and munitions."-
