Will you please convey to the board my deep sense of obligation for the very laudatory resolution passed by it, and which, by its direction, you have communicated to me? I take this opportunity of thanking you personally for your very great attention and help to me whenever, in tho course of the board's business, I have had occasion to avail myself of your assistance." The secretary was instructed to circularise parents with a view to the nomination of a representative ill place of Mr. Brandon.
