Tho Sydney Chamber of Commerce has received a cablegram from the London Chamber desiring the co-operation of the Australian and New Zealand Chambers in urging the Imperial Government to pass urgently legislation under a Bill interlacing their jurisdictions, and also the British Prize Courts, so that vessels may proceed to their destinations with cargoes intact; without further delay. The Australasian cargoes chiefly concerned are those of the Luneburg, Stolberg, Lubeck, Wismar, and Roon. The German companies state that the following were tho terms: —Full freight, Lubeck and Stolberg, and 5 per cent., general average bond; Luneberg and Wismar, 10 per cent., general average bond. The Australian Chambers are complying with the request.
