MEXICAN AFFAIRS LEGATION CLOSED VERA CRUZ LOOTED (Rec. January 27, 5.30 p.m.) London, January 26. The Mexican Legation in London has been closed, the Ambassador deciding that General Carranza does not represent the genuine Constitutional Government. Passengers who have arrived at Cadiz from Vera Cruz report that anarchy continues in Mexico. General Carranza's supporters, before leaving, looted; Vera Cruz, and appropriated a hunc'.'ed motor-cars and enormous stocks of victuals.—"Times" jnd Sydney "Sun" service.
