Two Masterton young men, who have neglected to nay the fines imposed upon them for failure to attend Territorial parades, havo been sent to the detention camp. The German ficiton factory has opened a now branch at The Hague. It takes the form—but not the character—of a daily paper. Recently it addressed Holland with tho startling assertion that, a lasting peaco on earth is impossible, and concludes: "Tho nation that does not go with us is against us.?'. The "Nicuwe Courant," a prominent Dutch journal, demands that mensnres should bo taken to sunpross sucli utterances.
