The preliminary statement of accounts for tho year ending December 31, 1914, presented to the Bluff Harbour Board, 'discloses a very satisfactory position. ' In his comments upon the statement, "the chairman, Mr. A. F. The 6hipping return stows that 397 'ivessels, aggregating 501,283 ton's, ]visited the port, the figures for 1913 «being 352 vessels of 523,150 tons; the ■volume of business was 118,294 tons, as tagainst 120,000 tons for 1913.
