The Bank of New Zealand haa received the following cable advioe from its London office, dated January 22:—"Current prices for North Island farmers' lots in average condition: Ooarso crossbreds 36te40's quality, lid. to 14} d. per lb.; medium crossbreds, 44'e-46'a quality, 15d to 15Jd per lb.; fine crosßbrede, 60's quality, 16d. to 16jd. per lb. Current, prices for South Island farmers' lots (Canterbury style) in average condition: Inferior merino, common 60's-64'e quality, 9d. to 9M. per !b.; superior merino, super 60's-64's quality, i24d. to 13jd- per lb.; half or quarter bred, 66s quality, 16d. per lb."
