BERLIN NEWSPAPER SUSPENDED
FOR TELLING TOO MUCH. ( Paris, January 15. The Pans newspaper "Humanite" says that the Berlin journal "Vossische Zeitung" ' was suspended in December last because it published the substance of a confidential interview between party leaders'and the Imperial Chancellor, who said: "Gentlemen, the situation is precarious."
