In fact, if necessary, we could send an expeditionary force of five hundred thousand just as easily as one of fifty thousand. The groat Yukon Territory is sending a few hundred packed men, armed, equipped, etc., by private individuals, and 'most of the Canadia,n provinoes are doing the same, in addition to the regular force called for by tho Dominion and Imperial Government."
