Referring to Mr. Andrew Fisher s wish for holding the Imperial ColiforcllCo in 1915, the "Sydney Morning Herald deprecates the Conference. At present it could settle nothing, and discussion would be worse than useless and only add to the burdens which already harass the Imperial Ministers. • - The ''Herald" endorses Mr, Massey s contention. The place for Dominion Prime Ministers at present is their_ own countries; they can at least do less nana there than abroad.
