SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for variable winds, with increasing northerlies and westerlies prevailing everywhere ehorUy, Weather warm, but cloudy at times in the northern and East Coast districts, but expect increasing cloadlneEfl and a change following elsewhere shortly. The barometer has a falling tendency lor a low-pressure area due to paes in the south about Thursday. West to south-west -winds prevailed ©verywhere on Saturday and Sunday, with cloudy and unsettled weather, and considerable rain fell southward of New Plymouth and Cnstlepolnt.
