A' large number of valuable trophies, several to be won outright, are to be competed for at tho Eeilding Show on February 2-and 3, in addition' to the very liberal prize-money; A "perusal of the schedule will show that the ring competitions, horses, cattle, sheep, pigs, home industries, and art needlework sections hare been well looked after by their respective committees. Special prizes are offered to tho exhibitor obtaining most points in each section, and also to those obtaining mo6t points in all sections. Green food will be supplied free for all stock, and the stock will be carefully attended to by the capable stewards and their assistants. Entries close on Friday next, and the secretary will be pleased to send a schedule on application. , It is a pleasure to live in an up-to-date' and go-ahead town like Wanganui. Its future is assured, and the city must grow. For this reason more produce, such as butter, cream, and eggs will be consumed year by year. We are here to watch that market for the farmers and producemen. in the country. We can handle large quantities of butter, cream, and eggs, either straight out sale or on consignment.
