Mr. Cunninghame-Graham is one of the finest living equestrians, and a picturesque figure in the 'Row, when he is not in some out-of-the-way part of tho world, but "ha is a good judge ,of a horse, and has spent many years in South America. Tho Army Council has issued instructions that no obstacle whatever should be placed in the way of soldiers conversing on duty or otherwise, in their natiy') tongue, whether English, Welsh, Gaelic, or Irish., On parade all orders will be givep in English,
