The "Die Zeit" says the New Year will cost Austria still greater sacrifices in blood an<l treasure. \ The "Arbeiter Zeitung" Bays: ' When the war began the sun shone -with' assurances of glorious victory. The sun shines no longer for the mountain of 'losses rises higher and higher.
