FURTHER REPORTS London, December 81. The Press Bureau has issued the Belgian Commission's latest report. l _It cites numerous cases of Germans using dum-dum bullets: French soldiers captured at Aerschoot were compelled to answer questions through having their founds plunged into boiling water. Another, for resisting, was held while' his head was twisted until he died. A third had a finger chopped off. A Belgian ambulance column of five hundred. wa6 attacked, near Namur. Only a hundred escaped.
