Private Cooper belonged . to the 9th (Hawke's Bay) Company_of the Wellington Infantry Regiment. His nest of kin was Mr. William Cooper, .of Tarapatiki, Hawke's Bay. was a painter by. trade, and was 23, years of ■ age. His last New Zealand! address was Wairoa. -' The Department has also been aayisecr; of the death of No 5-231, Private Albert Voxall, a member of the British; section of the New Zealand E™dtionary Force, at Alexandria. on December 27, of meMingitis.
