The Prime Minister has received tho following message from the High Commissioner:— London, Decembor 27. Pans reports that on tho whole front progress has beenmaintained. Petrograd reports that the Germans -have reoocupied Mlawa. On the Middle Pilica and the lower Nida the battles continue with great obstinacy. On the entire Galician front the struggle is developing under conditions favourable to the Russians. London, Decembor 28. Petrograd reports that the Austrians were driven across the Nida.
