INVASION OF BELGIUM. ■ (Rec. December 29, 9.5 p.m.) New York, December 28. , Mr. Gantrell, a Kentuckian,_ rosident in Belgium, states that on-visiting Liego immediately after the occupation he noticed German military posters headed in German "City of Liege," with printed date 1906. The date was cancelled in blue'pencil, and 1914 substituted, proving tne Kaiser's long premeditated intention to invade Belgium.
