ARCHIVES PLUNDERED London, December 27. The Servians have found that the Austrians sacked 'Louvck and looted Belgrade. The archives were plundered, and the public offices wrecked. Everything was left in a state of indescribable filth.—"Times" and Sydney "Sun" Services. DUM-DUM BULLETS. 'ABANDONED BY FLEEING 'ATJSTRIANS. Paris, Deoember 27. Professor Reiss, of Lausanne, has brought from Servia a quantity of expanding bullets , found on the battlefields. Several entire cases of Austrian dumdum bullets were abandoned! during the flight.
