FOREIGN CONSULS
CREDITED TO BELGIUM PRESENT STATUS Washington, December 27. , The State Department is studying the law governing Germany's alleged refusal to recognise foreign Consuls accredited to Belgium. Nothing official has yet been received, and until Germany makes formal notification, the United States does not propose to take any action.
