TROOP TRAINS COLLIDE
FOUR HUNDRED KILLED Petrogratl, December 27. 'A crowded troop train from Prussia collided with a Kalisz train returning with wounded officers'. Both were travelling at full speed. Twenty carriages wore wrecked and four hundred men wero killed and fivo hundred injured. Tho points had been changed at the last, moment. . The pointsman, stationmaster, and other officials have been arrested for treason.
