SENT BY ARMY CHIEFS London, December 22. , It ia reported in Holland that although the Kaiser if. iaid to have completely recovered, his medical"advisers were strongly oppoßtd to his departure from Berlin; hut "ho army, chief a. insisted that he must spend the Christmas with the troops at the front, in order to impress and encourage them. The Kaiser yielded, against the strongest solicitations of his doctors. ' As'_he left Berlin he looked very pale and ill, and appeared l to have aged.
