No person who has at any time since the nassing of the Gaming and Lotteries 'Act Amendment Act; 1905, followed the occupaticr of Bookmaker or Bookmaker s Clerk, no Disqualified or Undesirable person will be admitted to the Ellerslie Racecourse during the Summer Meeting, and it any such person is found on any such course he will be removed therefrom and prosecutod for trespass.
