JONES—CRICKETER. London, December 21. A. .0. Jones, the well-known cricketer, is dead. He never fully recovered from the attack of pneumonia during his last visit to Australia. [Mr. A. O. Jones was captain of the Notts County team, and one of the •best-known amateur cricketers in EngHe first cape into notice with the Cambridge University team, where his fielding attracted attention.
