GERMAN AMBASSADOR
RECEPTION IN ITALY (Rec. December 22, 10.20 p.m.) London, December 22. A Rome .message via America says that tho King of Italy received Prince Bulow (the German Ambassador), who presented his credentials and remained about an hour in conversation with the King. Upon leaving Princo Bulow declared ho was groatiy satisfied with tho result of bis audience. Tho King sent bis carriage to Prince Billows' residence to bring him to the Palace, at the entrance of which a bugler played the German national air.
