The Kaiser has telegraphed as follows to his aunt, tho Dowager Duchess of Baden: "Ilindenberg has announced that tho Russians have retired before our front after embittered battles and being pursued over the whole line, snowing that the Lord stood bv onr heroic troops. 'His alone, will be the honour."
