YORKSHIRE SOCIETY
Tko third annual Christmas gathering of Yoi'kshiremon in connection, with the Yorkshire' Society was held at Godber's Rooms, Cuba Street, last night. The room 'was crowded, and a fine programme of vocal music was given by the Brooklyn Harmonio Society, under the conductorship of Mr. Temple-White. Songs were also given by Mr. W. R. Potter, and a duet by Messrs. Potter and Okey. Several Christmas carols were rendered in which the audience part. At the conclusion of the evening a spico cake and cheese, a famous Yorkshire Christmas repast, was served to the audicnce.
