The Lord Chief Justice, in delivering judgment, said counsel had cited ton Order-in-Council to show the reasonableness of Ahlers's view that a margin of time would be permitted to en,'labia Germans to depart, and the order jtlent some colour to the reasonableness ]<of his belief.
