TOBACCO FOR THE TROOPS
A WELCOME GIFT Those who have, been interesting themselves,in the welfare of our Main Expeditionary Force and the publio generally will be interested to learn that it has been decided to present the New Zealand! contingent . now in •Egypt.with 1000' pounds of Capstan Navy Cut-tobacco as a New Year gift. Messrs. W. D. and H. O. Wills, who generously _ made .special concessions in. connection with' the supply and distribution '-'of-' tohacco and : cigarettes to the troops'serving at-the front, have been entrusted- by the gentlemen in charge of .the New Zealand ■Expeditionary Force Gift Tobacco Fund, to carry out this distribution. The tins will be marked: ■■'.- - .. v Presented by the people of New Zealand as a New Year gift through The Dominion newspaper fund.
