SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for changeable weathre generally, squally and showery in many parts, especially in the West Coast and southernmost districts. Btrons southerly winds with a westerly tendency are probable. Barometer rising everywhere. The barometer has risen everywhere, bnt is still below normal. Strong and equally westerly and south-westerly winds have prevailed, fair to cloudy weather has ruled to-day in the East Coaet districts, but conditions have been ■unsettled generally, with showers in various perts.ij.
