TRADES AND LABOUR COUNCIL

The Wellington Trades and Labour Council held its final meeting of this year in the Trades Hall last night. Mr. J. M'Kenzie presided. ' Tho secretary reported that tho coun. cil had increased greatly in strength during tho year, and was uow in a sound position. Final . arrangements wore mado for tho preliminary meeting of tho Workers' Educational Association in tho Town Hall on Monday next. It is anticipated that a large number will attend, and that the movement will bo successfully launched. Tho council adjourned until January 15, 1916.
