GREYTOWN NEWS.
The Greytown District High School Committee mot last night. Present— Messrs. C. J. Beard (chairman). H. Walden, F. Best, A. Finn. W. I. Slianle.V) B. Dunn, anil T. Fisher. The headmaster's report was read. Accounts amounting to £12 10s. were passed for payment. The treasurer reported the bank balaiico as £26 93. (less account passed for payment). Mr. Shaiiley, as visitor, reported that school matters were satisfactory, stating that the new wood shed was a grqat convenience. There will not be a meeting of the committee during the school holidays (six weeks)_ unless any urgent matter arises. It is requested that all members of tho committeo try to make it convenient to attend the funcion on Thursday afternoon to assist tho teachers in carrying out the programme.
