The residence contains 13 rooms, with plastered walls, balconies, verandahs, conservatory, etc., and motor shed. The land has an area of 3 roods 27.3 perches, and the Lease for a period of 21 years is to be sold; thereafter the purchaser will have the right to renow for further periods nf u years in perpetuity at valuation of the rental.
