Various versions are current concerning the Kaiser's recent mysterious interview with tho Emperor Franz' Josef at Vienna, and also tho visit of Count Tisza (the Hungarian Premier) to the Kaiser. They all agree as to dissensions between tho two monarchs. It is reported that tho Kaiser urged that Hungary should make concessions in Transylvania to the Rumanians in order to prevent Rumania intervening .in the war.
