Massey) has supplied the following information regarding the number or steamers available for tho carrying,ofNew Zealand meat and produce during the months of January and February: January.—Estimated number of vessels required, 7: number. available, 12 (10 insulated, 2 uninsulated)—Orari, Whakatane, Somerset, Waiwpra, Mamari, Kia Ora, Delphic, Indrapura, E. CordoheSj Dorset (all insulated); Queen Margaret, Mottispont (both uninsulated). • ■ February.—Estimated number of vessels required, 11: number available, 13 (11 insulated, 2 uninsulated)—Otaki, Remuera, AVaimato, Kaikoura, Matatua, Makarini, Corinthic, Waimana, Westmere, Mimiro (all insulated); Wir-. ral, Daldrock (both uninsulated).
