SUPREME COURT SENTENCES
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Slenhelm, December 8. . In the Supreme Court, Albert Kerr, agod 21 rears, was sentenced to 3i years' reformative treatment for crimiual assault on a girl under 16 years of age. Benjamin O'Connell and Samuel Emerson, found guilty of robbery with violence, were scntenecd—the former to one year's imprisonment with hard labour and oiie year's' reformative treatment, and the latter to two years' and threo months' hard labour. Christopher Tucker, for theft at Picton, was sentenced to twelve months' hard labour..
